Surprise! The list of recommended adult webmaster affiliate programs is pretty short. It's a sad commentary on the state of this business, but hey, it is what it is.
The following is a list of programs that I currently use (or have used) with at least a moderate amount of success - without getting jerked around...
JuicyAds.com - Recommended Adult PPC Sponsor
JuicyAds probably does not pay out the highest rates I've ever seen, but so far, this is my favorite adult pay-per-click program.
Of course you will get the usual tools and flexible advertising that you would expect, but unlike another very popular adult PPC sponsor, with JuicyAds, there is no minimum traffic requirement.
One quirk to be aware of: JuicyAds does not automatically send payments. Instead, you request a payout from your account when you want one. A little inconvenient, but one advantage to doing it this way is that you can leave as little or as much money as you want in your account. It's kind of cool in that JuicyAds allows you to use the money you've earned as a publisher to fund ad campaigns as an advertiser - without maintaining separate advertiser/publisher accounts.
Yeah, that sounds a little hairy, but I specifically waited until after receiving a large payout before promoting the program.
Note to American webmasters: JuicyAds' checks come from Canada, but they are issued in U.S. currency. I have had NO problems depositing the checks.
Nubiles.net - Recommended Teen Sponsor - CCBill
Nubiles.net has set the standard in the teen niche. I'm not going to blow smoke up your ass and tell you that, "Conversions are through the roof!" No, their conversions are on par with any decent teen sponsor. Where they excel is member retention!
It's my personal experience that rebills with Nubiles.net occur at a percentage greater than any other program! At least 3 fresh girls are added to the site nearly every week, plus they have a huge archive that could be worth the membership price by itself and when you factor in that they are famous for having some of the cutest girls around, all of these things lend themselves to a higher-than-average amount of recurring memberships!

Fact: AWE is ranked by Neilsen to be the most heavily trafficked adult website in the world! (Click here to see). Notice that I didn't say, "...webcam site..." It's the most heavily visited ADULT site - period!
AWE has a reputation among webmasters for paying on time - every time. They are also known to pay webmasters more money, even when they don't have to!
EVERY time they have had a bonus program running, they have automatically enrolled me in it and paid me the bonus money on time! I've earned HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS in bonus money - without lifting a finger! How's that for honesty?
Of course they have the MANY different promo tools you'd expect from a top-notch webcam sponsor and they have different payout models like pay-per-signup and revshare. They also offer a LIFETIME revshare model (the one I use) where your referred customers are yours forever! Think about it... When you finally catch that "whale," he'll be yours - for life!
